WTF the FRENCH Bane in TDKR is WAY scarier than the AMERICAN Bane.

Haha I just watched multiple videos with English Bane quotes, he sounds horrible. Like a 80 years old cancer patient.
HOWEVER I found a video that was probably recorded in a cinema and there his English voice sounds much better. I also searched Youtube for the German voice and he sounds totally different in those trailers compared to the theater version as well.

So I'll give you and all others the benefit of the doubt and say that they probably sound both better in cinema.

But the English version IS Bane. That is how he is supposed to be. To each his own I guess, but I always prefer the original for the reasons I previously described.

See and I think that only because someone is a good actor doesn't necessarily mean that he has a good voice. Therefore good actor plus professional dubber often wins for me. Not always though, but the difference is not nearly as big as people make them out to be.

Also I don't know how it is in other languages, but the German versions are due to the similarities of the English language in 95% lip synchron.
