Edited OP with updated info!

My impressions:

(1) Way too many "demos" that were just concept art slideshows. Very disappointing.
(2) Underwhelmed with the appearance of NintendoLand and NSMBU both, but especially NSMBU. I really wasn't impressed by it graphically at all. It was very generic, visually. Game looks solid, but the graphics are absolutely nothing to write home about.
(3) Couldn't get impressions about really any worthwhile games' graphical appearances as a result.
(4) I was VERY impressed graphically and artistically with Rayman Legends. I'll probably be picking it up sometime down the line just because it's pretty.
(5) I was also impressed with Tekken Tag 2, though not graphically - I think it looks like a LOT of fun, especially with all the Nintendo character costumes and content worked into it. For those unfamiliar, Tekken Tag 2 on WiiU includes Zelda, Star Fox, Metroid, and Mario costumes and other content, including powerups (Actual super mushrooms!).
(6) Even the Sonic Racing looked better than Nintendo's offerings. I liked what I saw in it, though it's still just Sonic Racing so I'm meh on it.

how did the actual game pad feel? a load of people said it's suprisingly light and feels nice, but how does the graphics look on it or was anything showing off what it could do gameplay wise?
