A third party company could make some kind of device you have to connect to your PC that sends and receives the same signal the WiiU & controller do. Your computer is connected to a friends computer via internet and the the friend also has this send/receive device.

Then I could have the WiiU in my house and the gamepad could be at a friends house. If the internet is fast enough etc this should work. (the game stream will be send over the internet like with GaiKai but since its only 854x480 or so it would work even better)

The company that makes this workable is going to sell millions of them. I'd be happy if something like that just let me play anywhere in my house.
