Namco-Bandai: No Plans for Tales on WiiU "at this time"

Yeah, well here's the thing:  WiiU is practically POISED to take over the JRPG market what with MH and DQ.  Both of which are guaranteed to be successes.  And I think DQ is one of the "leading" franchises that signals other 3rd parties to jump aboard the hype train.  In the event that it happens, I expect Tales sometime between 2014-2015... that is, should the system sell well

And it's not like Namco hasn't tested Tales before.  The Dawn of the New World sequel was kinda a test release (although I find it odd that some people are stating that Namco is disappointed in the sales of that particular game, especially since it basically gave them the greenlight to make Graces), and it did good enough for them to make Graces on Wii.  (Of course we all know what happened after that, but still.)

DQ is a leading franchise, but there's a gigantic asterik next to the entry on the Wii and the upcoming Wii U game. It'll still be a successful financially, but it'll sell 1/4 of previous DQ games? You're not getting as many people to get in with DQX.
