Too bad those are declining series or total flops

I guess you meant "or".

What more do you want from them?

They have fan-favorites there (because declining or not, they still sell well - Layton was the best selling launch game and Inazuma launched earlier in the lifetime of the system and the system for the first time and had "only" 3D Land, Mario Kart 7 and Monster Hunter as competitors). All of them still maintaining a high level of quality - have you seen Layton's newest trailer - superb

They have a new very high quality project featuring two beloved characters that will sell quite a lot - and not only that, be quite a game.

They have new IPs - including high profile ones like this and fantasy life, made along Brownie Brown.

They have small games - experimental, cheap and by big names in japan industry - Suda, Yasumi Matsuda, Inafume... to name a few.

They have remakes (1,2,3) and upgraded versions (LBX - that really is making a huge impact in sales charts). This last one a big new franchise for the first time on a nintendo system - plus almost guaranteed updated sequel.

What you suggest, they close doors and abandon their franchises and stop producing new ones?

May not be the support you want, but I think this is one the best third support I have ever seen, honestly, in less than the first two years of the system. To me it's almost unbeliavable. Only Capcom on dreamcast gets close to this (or is better, because it was unbelieable too).

Yeah I meant or, why do you ask that?  or is on my post :P.

They have their fan favorites IP on 3DS but those are declining with every iteration, fan favorites of not that is true, wouldn't you agree?

How is Fantasy Life high profile?, it looks great in my opnion but I wouldn't call it high profile, I hope I'm wrong but I don't see Fantasy Life being a success.

How many more failures can Level-5 take? They are in a bad position you like it or not. I like Level-5 support, where did I said that I don't? Whether I like their 3DS support or not my post is still accurate.

1 - No it's not... I changed it :P

"Of" completely changes the meaning of your sentence.

2 - They are in a bad position on the 3DS? Yet they're releasing 14 (18 with guilds) games for it? Are you serious? Their two great flops came from other systems... Gundam Age and Ni No Kuni... They can't take anymore? How do you know - teh internetz? - level 5 is not public, so we have no idea about their financial numbers. Anybody being fired there that I missed? It's strange a company doing bad releasing so many games, imo, on one system.

3 - I agree their 2 main series is in decline - yet I gave reasons to see those numbers through a different angle. 1 more reason, 3DS is not the DS. Another reason, Inazuma is growing in the west, not declining. And more, they're creating those new ips to cover that decline.

1. pff sorry hahahaha :P

2. They are in bad position in general because almost everything they are releasing is underperforming: TT (in three platforms), Guid01, Girl RPG, Ni no Kuni, Gundam, IE (we'll se this year I guess), the next LB is probably going to underperform too. The only recent success that I can think of is LB on 3DS and maybe IE on Wii, I'm not including Layton becasuse as you said it was a launch game. But what if they keep releasing flops? Will they be stuck with IE and Layton only? Will retailers order less copies because those are declining series?  That sure will be great for Level-5, right?

3. Those new IP are far from covering the declines, even with EU numbers.

Why don't you make like a tree and get out of here?
