What he's saying was that the novelty of the Wii caused its sales to propel. What he's saying is that, without said novelty, a successor to the Wii will not have that lift, since it employs the same recipe and thus by definition is not novel.

What you're saying doesn't matter right now. What matters is what he was saying, and what I was saying, since that's what you're putting into question. What you are saying is secondary to that.

Since your opinion is based on a misunderstanding of his opinion, what he was saying needs to be clarified to you, so that you don't misunderstand it.
