Not having to R&D for a new PS. Not having to market that. Not having to sell at a loss. Not having to redesign the model. Not having to then do that all again te next time?

Surely even now if not accessable to everyone it is more profitable could they not do it?

After all business is the most important thing and they are in financial trouble.

"Not having to market that" - They would still have to market the streaming service.
"Not having to sell at a loss" - They never have to do that. They decide just how advanced and costly a system will be.
"Not having to redesign" - If the above is handled better, this might not even be an issue. Look at the Wii.
