Those aren't examples of cheap/faulty/difficult to program for. Those are examples of what happens when you make shitty ports of games.
Bayonetta devs Platinum, for example apologized profusely for outsourcing teh ps3 port and not developing it themselves. This is simply what happens when you're a dev and you do a bad job.
