I'd take a look at a studio like Relic (Warhammer, currently in limbo because of THQ), scoop up Itagaki's Devil's Third which is in limbo. Tell NOA to get off their ass and find 3-4 really good Western indie studios to finance a project with for the eShop or even retail release. I'd give Mistwalker another shot at a reasonably budgeted Wii U RPG too. |
Relic are working on their biggest most ambitious game ever in Company of Heroes 2, not exactly in limbo. Itagaki's Valhalla Game Studios has already partnered with Doobic Game Studios to release Devil's Third, in fact they set up a new company that they both co-own to handle the franchise, which will be cross media not just games aparently.
