Because normally products cost the same in Euros as they do in Dollars. So in this case X360 is perceived as much cheaper than it is in NA.

It's not "fairly". Everybody knows MS dropped the X360 to 239 Euros a few years ago because they were desperate about the dismal sales.

Since then Sony became desperate too and nowadays the PS3 costs around the same (250 Euros until recently) but this was not always the case. There was a time when the PS3 cost 400 Euros and the X360 was perceived as the cheap second rate console at 239 Euros.
