The 360 controller part is undeniable though, same boomerang body, triggers and all. They just changed the placement of the analogs and kept the start, reset and home buttons.

I'm sorry but the posts above you have already debunked that to the fullest. The fact that the 360 comparisons always use the nonstandard controller casing and only from that one angle shows that they are trying their hardest to make it look like something that it isn't.

His post is basically saying, "Even if Nintendo copied, eventually somewhere down the line someone copied from them". No ones arguing that point, but they still copied. Its like walking in circles.
