Yeah, the OP is a bit confusing. But I think he was asking for people to contribute their own scenarios (ie. number of units sold) for each console, and the likelihood of each scenario (% chance) as he did in OP. 5 or more scenarios can be contributed for each console, but %’s must add up to 100. At the end, he plans to use the 5 most common scenarios (ie. 5 most common sales figures) contributed for each console and their corresponding likelihoods to work out a weighted average.
That’s how I understood it anyway. Unfortunately, I can’t make any educated guesses at the moment, there is still too much I don’t know. So, I’ll leave this to the more enlightened members here and watch the results closely - will be interesting to see the outcome.
