Honestly, I don't think it's fair to try to upscale the games and compare them when you're doing these comparison tests. Also, the specs of the 3DS is actually quite better than the GC and Wii in many regards. Many developers have even said that on a visual standpoint the 3DS is actually better than the Wii. This is what I'm basing what I said off of. It's a more capable system, but you guys seem to say "oh, but the screen" like that makes it any less powerful.

To the guy who said /sarcasm about the Monster Hunter thing, Monster Hunter actually did look better on the 3DS than the Wii. However, that's not the only example. There are quite a few examples where the 3DS version outperforms the Wii version of a game on pretty much all levels, and it renders them in 3D and has a top and bottom screen as well (which may not take up much power, but it does do something). I'm quite sure all technology in the 3DS is more modern than the ones in GC and Wii. I believe it's 2006 and newer tech.

3D definitely takes up a good chuck of the 3DS's power, so it would be unfair to base our judgement on 2D screenshots of 3D games. Monster Hunter is a great example, especially considering how much better the MH games look on 3DS when compared to PSP...

I'd say the same for Kingdom Hearts. Birth By Sleep compared favorably to the PS2 KH games, but I find KH3D to be noticably better. Particularly in terms of environment and character rendering.

I can't exactly tell if what you're saying is for or against what I'm saying.  However, even with the resources taken up with the 3D the 3DS is outperforming its Wii counterparts and developers have agreed that, at least on a visual stand point, the 3DS is a more capable system and easier to deal with when trying to make better graphics.
