So I got a no reply email as I expected. I didn't really ask about the WiiU gpu tho. 
 
I asked if the emails floating around are real or fakes and attached a jpg file with the email in OP's post. Support dude totally ignored that part...

But at least the one strange thing that made me totally thing OP's picture is fake  which was the exclamation mark "....contacting AMD->!<-"  seems to be normal for AMD.
