Only one of them called it a touchdown, the other one (correctly, I believe) ruled it a pick.
Ironically, the one who ruled touchdown was probably in a better position to see Tate push the corner, which is the only reason he was in position to "catch" the ball in the first place.
I'm partly upset, I admit, but I'm mostly amused by the ineptitude. Between that and the earlier pass interference call, methinks Tate is on someone's fantasy league!
