Borderlands 2 artist 'caught copying' professional illustrator's work [Update]

But the zig-zag pattern under their necks are exactly the same.  That would be a huge coincedence. 

It's not only that but the top mountain range is identical as well (look at the triangle part on the right hand side).  It's obvious that the Borderlands 2 artist created his image by loading the original Star Wars image and edited it.
