Why have I need wast time to learn how to customize my smartphone if I can just use it like a smartphone??? Do you want a Vita/3DS for customizations or just for play game???

You don't need, but if you want, you are free to do it. On iOS you simply don't have such option.

If my 3DS could be costumized, I would costumize it. I always wanted my own wallpaper of choice, another trivial thing you can't do on iOS.
