I think the reason why things like this are much more expensive in Europe than in America might be more complex than "they're trying to con Europe" and "they're too lazy to make a conversion" or something like that. I think there's a lot more going on here, and since we know pricing does matter it would seem to make less sense to price a system that much more in another country. I suppose.
