It's a better combo, more performance, and uses less power and works out cheaper.
Stick with 64-Bit Win 7, there is no reason to be using a 32-Bit OS in this day and age when true 64-Bit games are on the way.
As for the GPU are you planning on upgrading soon or what? What kind of performance are you looking for in the mean time? Because intergrated GPU will let you use the GPU fine in the meantime as long as you are not planning on doing a lot of gaming in that time.
