Probably a bit of both...although i wont say Nintendo are lazy perhaps just constrained. They are releasing worldwide afterall, and companies usually struggle with worlwide launches to meet demand.
Besides that, i think Nintendo has just about garnered enough hype to get people interested! I know i am
