TBH I can't recall any devs actually refer to the rendering resolution of a game as Full HD or HD-Ready (maybe a PR guy who doesn't know what he is talking about). As both those terms are marketing terms that TV manufacturers made up, they don't actually mean anything in terms of rendering especially HD-Ready, I mean that term wouldn't make any sense in the context of a game, I mean ready for what? lol
