he says "the textures and lighting are on a new level compaired to what we could do on a Nintendo platform, and um the other thing to note it is all being delivered in full HD and signiture 60FPS" Considering the context it sounds like he is saying it's going to be in HD and 60fps for the first time on a Nintendo platform, hitting the Nintendo marketing point of the Wii U is HD. Assuming he means that it will be the TV definition of Full HD (1080p) and native rendering resolution is a huge leap.
