you can't just convert the price to say how much a console would cost in usa with european prices converted to dollar because they have the price without tax there and we have it with. if you really want to convert the euro to dollar price you have to take as example in germany the 19% tax out of the number.
in germany, the $452 would be "only" $380 without tax, so only $30 more than usa price.
