No it doesn't make sense. An analogy that does make sense would be that Africans have to drink dirty contaminated water so I shouldn't get to enjoy my clean drinking water. And now you can see that what you are trying to imply is ridiculous.
You are allowed to enjoy things others can't, especially games. While it is very lame ps3 skyrim owners got the shaft it is irrelevent to my gameplay experience since I played it on the PC. So why should I rate the game poorly.
