I mean at least this article is at least reasonably well written and relatively unbiased and asked multiple experts for their opinion, a refreshing change from 'gaming journalism', but I think it overstates the degree of overlap between Apple's and Nintendo's business.
This can be argued for in the portable space but I can't see how interest in the iPhone 5/iPad would preclude or overshadow interest, by the gaming media or general public, in the Wii U. They are very different products.
