I'd like K-rool to be a boss, but not a playable character. The way ridley was in brawl. He is just too big to be a playable character. Although, bowser could be the same way depending on which version of him you reference.

Krystal would be cool, as would girahim (with a final tag smash with ganondorf) and Zant, but i don't like when they saturate the game with certtain franchises. I say 3 or 4 characters per franchise with the exception of mario since alot of those characters have had spinoffs(DK, yoshis island, warioware).
For 3rd party guest appearances (i don't think 3rd party characters will ever be in multiple smash games) I would love mega man, pac-man and bomber-man Simon belmont in an art style like ike/roy/marth.
Same with Zael and shulk for that matter. OH, and we gotta have lil mac as a playable character. I'd also like to see some metroid federation soldiers from metroid as assist trophies. I really don't care which pokemon other than pikachu or jiggely puff, but once again, no more than 3 or 4.
