They figure it's better to immediately pull and then let people argue rather than leave a potentially bad thing up and get in trouble themselves for it. Better safe than sorry is their motto (even if it does result in legit videos being taken down). |
I remember Toei animation taking down all those DBZ parodies despite them falling under "fair use".
