His taxes already go to that. -_-. If it is anything like the US, the money he spends on gas goes partially toward maintenance of the road. Rich people shouldn't have to pay more for the road, hence why the use of gas taxes for road maintenance is genius because it fairly taxes for use. he shouldn't have to pay for society either. -_- Besides, where there is a need and a place to make money, people will be there. Private companies could have done everything anyways.
