Goldeneye by an epic long shot. Its campaign is endlessly creative, there are fun cheats for the local multiplayer, and it takes real skill to beat--especially on 007 Classic where you don't have the regenerating health anymore.
Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?
