For Real: Mars
It's the only planet in our solar system that even remotely resembles earth. It has enough natural resources to sustain a biosphere. With enough money and preparation a colony could be built and maintained indefinitely. The same could not be said of any other planet.
Fantasy: Thessia
Isn't it obvious. It's a planet literally overflowing with promiscuous women. Not only that, but for cultural reasons, most of them are looking for a non-Asari to mate with. You wouldn't have to be Brad Pitt to be the most popular creature in the room. So long as you stay away from those crazy killer ones it's not a bad place to spend the rest of your life. So long as you can deal with the blue skin and a scaly flaps.
