But 349.99 in Euros is still much more than the Dollar right? Have not checked it in a while. I could be wrong. But last time I checked it was a lot more. 349 Euros would have been closer to 400 dollars.

yeah sure but that's what we get as rrp here (or would get, it's just a rumor), the dollar price just with a euro and no dollar sign^^ at least that was for the last consoles.
i thought you meant that you have to pay the same price in usa then just converted to dollar. so let's say: rrp in europe = 349€ = $450 = rrp in usa
you shouldn't forget about something, in usa, your price tag is without taxes, here in europe the price is with taxes.
if the price tag is 349€ it is the price with taxes. without tax the price tag would be 293€ in germany which would be $370.
