It doesn't have the Arcade Edition content (Yun, Yang, Evil Ryu, and Oni plus some balancing and costumes) partly because.....that stuff came out after SF4 3DS was released. It was itching me so bad, that's what you get for posting in like 10 threads at the same time :D What I was going to say was that the 3DS version was in essence the Super Street Fighter IV version, it has litterally everything you really need in a 40$ package. I like it, I own it, I bought it. :)
