Well the thing is this is a distributor of sorts. Distributors usually get their stock early so they can get it to their clients in time for launch. Since this particular company supplies New Egg, Amazon, Overstock and I currently forgot the other. Chances are good this will be the date they ship to their partners so they will have it on time for the launch.
