My guesses:
$249.99 - White-only, System + Wii U Tablet only. Limited Quantities
$299.99 - White-only. System + Wii U Tablet + Wiimote + Nintendo Land
$349.99 - Black-only. System + U Tablet + Wiimote + CC Pro + Zombi U (or CoD BLOPS2?)
They take a small loss on the $250 SKU, but make a profit on the $299.99 and $349.99 SKUs.
All systems come with a free eShop voucher for 1-2 free downloads to get people signed up and used to downloading content.
