Nes, N64 and Wii are such legendary consoles.

Both changed gaming and made new standards.

No Super Nes love?

The Megadrive/Genesis was the better system.

I had a Genesis, but only because someone offered it to me in college (1995) for $15.  Not to say that's what it's worth, but by then, the next gen systems were out and as I recall, he was more into gaming on his PC.  Anyways, for me, Super Nintendo had Super Mario World, A Link to the Past, Donkey Kong Country, Civilization, Sim City, Final Fantasy 2 (IV), Final Fantasy 3 (VI), Chrono Trigger, Secret of Mana.  I can't remember as many Genesis games that I couldn't get for SNES that I thought of as must haves.  I really liked playing Golden Axe in the arcades, so maybe that.  I never got into Sonic or Phantasy Star.  Otherwise, I don't remember much about Genesis beyond Sports games, which was pretty much what I used it for.
