Yes, because everyone should INHERIT 13 Billion dollars.
This woman never worked for her money - she is a great example of what is wrong in the world. A rich, entitle ungrateful spoiled brat pointing fingers at others, and not realizing that she is the exact example of what she hate.
The only reason she isn't one of the drinking/smoking poor has nothing to do with her. Just money she got from her family.
