I remember how awesome it was to get a new copy and when you were done with it the cover on the spine would show a picture that would help chronicle the magazine and be nice to have your magazines on a shelf instead of a drawer. I thought they would have gotten many more subscribers with the success of the Wii, but I guess you need to be partnered with a retail store in order for your magazine to survive nowadays. |
Most of those people who bought the WIi are not hobbyists, so they really wouldnt care about a magazine one way or the other especially if they can get that info faster on the internet for free.
Sucks, but it was bound to happen, its a testament that it had lasted this long, especially competing against mags that didnt just cover one company. (i wonder how long Xbox and PS magazines will last)
