When, if ever, will Microsoft release a PS All Stars/ Super Smash Bros. Brawl type game?

Then several 3rd party characters like Shepard, Ryu,Ezio, etc. could join the mix. In the end though I don't think I would want one.

What about Reaver? (From Fable)

DLC character. You could even add that monkey from ODST at the end of the credits.
