Um, No. Ps3 is slightly more powerful than the 360 if not the same. It only cost so much at launch due to Sonys investment in overly-complicated processors which were doomed to fail at the start, and blu-ray.
Back on topic. I don't expect nintendo to make a console that is only a little more powerful than current gen. There's nothing stopping them from making another gamecube, or 64.
