Note that he's comparing it to PS3, not 360. PS3 is ridiculously powerful... recall how much it cost at launch. It makes sense that Wii U won't be too much more powerful than PS3, and honestly it doesn't have to be. They're still not getting everything they can out of the PS3, and Wii U seems to be easier to develop for. If Wii U was dramatically more powerful than PS3, it would be too expensive for Nintendo, their customers, and developers.
