I know there have been moments when I hated the first hour or so of the game then came to adore it. when I first played inFamous, I felt it was blocky, looked bad, felt stiff, and was overall shit...then things changed and I tried it again a year later and loved it, making it one of the de-facto PS games this gen. I do agree, Uncharted 3 was horribly linear, but I didn't feel it was much worse than its predecessor. but if not, that's cool too. |
Believe me, I really want to like the game. I spent 75 dollars on it (or something). In fact, just having this discussion has sort of made me want to play it.
I think in all my rambling that I really found the solid point. Uncharted 2 made me constantly feel like I was exploring and accidentally stumbling across the right path (even though it was extremely linear) while Uncharted 3 just made me feel like I was being pushed forward constantly along the path.
Does that change after the first few hours?
