Ok these two are less so the actual theme, and more so the characterizations themselves. They completely go over kid's heads
-Him from the PowerPuff Girls
and...
-Red Devil from Cow and Chicken
These two freaked me out as a child, especially HIM(anyone else find him scary as fuck?!). They are similar yet different interpretations of the Devil whos main purpose in both shows is temptation and discord. How the hell did they come up with an evil drag queen as a villain? Its borderline genius lol.
