While comparing numbers can be somewhat of a unique experience I find looking at the sales since the Wii came on the charts 30 weeks ago to show perhaps the best cross section of how each console is doing. After all, its only in these last 30 weeks that all the consoles have been on the market.
The Last 30 Weeks each has sold:
DS – 14.58m units
Wii – 7.61m units
PSP – 6.16m units
360 – 4.29m units
PS3 – 3.10m units
Interesting to see the PS3 isn't that far behind the 360, some more games and the PS3 might surpass the 360 in sales. And the PSP is selling almost as much as the Wii, fancy that.
