I have my doubts PS3 / X360 are quite as high as we have them in the US. NPD is today though...
The general trend has been X360 / PS3 dropping in the US vs. 2011, and July 2011 was not a great month. Only 148,000 PS3s sold in July last year (37,000 per week). June dropped from 276,000 (June 2011) to 195,000 (June 2012), about 55,000 a week to 39,000. I don't think it's too hard to imagine PS3 only selling 120,000 in July, given that's close to the annualized decline so far (-19% from Jan-June).
X360 could be down quite a bit too, maybe to 200,000 from the 257,000 last July.
I think July could easily be 75k for Wii, 40k Vita, 120k PS3, 200k X360, 150k 3DS or whatever - just another really bad month, historically bad even.
