I disagree, there are many other factors which affected sales, marketing, price and how late the Go released in the console's lifecycle. If anybody who actually uses the PSP as a portable device was given a choice between the Go and the 3000 for the same price, I'm betting most of them would take the Go, primarily because it can actually fit in a pocket.
