What matters is that PS3 doesnt do it during the window of the current gen...when the spotlight is on them.
To do it afterwards means it couldnt pull off a victory when it mattered. Aka a hollow victory.
Id say personally at least 2014.
Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.
