In terms of graphics and processing, probably Mario Galaxy 2. Although this is really an irrelevant question when discussing the Wii; since this is hardly the goal of developers on that platform. Besides, the best looking Wii games are games that probably require very little of its processing capabilities - many 2D games are stunning on the Wii.

That's kind of why I asked the question though; because people never seem to talk about the Wii's technical best just because it's  below that of the HD twins. (And if we go by that logic, why talk about the PS3 and 360's capabilities when they're subpar compared to a modern PC) I was honestly very curious as to what pushes the Wii's modest specs the furthest. It's kind of cool seeing something not so powerful pull off something that you thought it couldn't, it has that "underdog" vibe.

Also, I'm trying to educate myself on the technical side of consoles, and while there's plenty of discussion of the 360 and PS3's capabilities there's nearly none that go in-depth regarding the Wii's chipset.
