Vita puzzle game based around multi touch. You place your finger on the screen control the pace of rain in that area. It utilizes multi touch to solve puzzles that require timing in order to win. Water will pool and and run off to trigger buttons, levers, etc. etc.
Probably not, but I can't wait to find out...oh and it could not be related to Gamescon at all.
Before the PS3 everyone was nice to me :(
