Pezus, I kind of agree with Kenology. Of course taking the retail numbers it's potable, but not as amazing as the prior entries. However the digital sales for this game will be massive and very important (see the coupon picture someone posted earlier with hundreds of code cards for NSMB2 DDs). Let's just wait till they come in to call doom or glee.

I never called doom though, but anyone saying this matches the other games is in denial. I said the sales were fine, but nowhere near great or amazing for mario.

430m is okay considering day 2 was probably a little lower than day one for the 450m figures posted earlier. Also, the DD sales will be considerable, and so if you're only looking at retail numbers it is amazing but still a tad lower than usual, however when including full sales numbers (which we will have shortly) I believe our minds will be blown.
