It was made for collectors. It's just something they made in order to have some Wii games go up in value over time, and keep up the classic reputation.
If you just want the games, get it separatly, however if you plan on keeping this for a while, I wouldn't be surprised if you could sell the game for double or triple what you paid for it in only 5-10 years time.
